The old Maughold contracts don't have many dates on them in the index. It has 1634 & 35 in blocks up to 1677 then very few until about 1704, then no dates (just numbers 1 to 95) until May 1723. No.82 was 1719 but I don't know whether they are in date order - some of the numbered ones might refer to dates earlier than 1704.
There is a William Corkill & Jony Kerruish contract in 1669.
1676 has number 56 or 86 (numbers are erratic, and photocopy poor) "Dan Corkill & Margery Christians Contract & Settling the Land on them and their Issue - The Clerk who writ it did not sign as witness but he and the surviving witness prove it before the Deemster".
There is the Ew Corkill & Ann Cashin contract I mentioned before at no.18. [The most important one from Tony's point of view, in case Ew is Edward.]
Also has John Corkill & Margt Kerruish 38.
