No doubt there were lots of Cath Kellys but does this one have something to do with Ballasloe?

Yes, this is the Robert C will we've been writing about before, which you transcribed. Robert, assumed brother of William h/o Elinr, children of John C & Ann Kissag. Robert married Cath Kissage according to CR:
Robert Corkill / Catharine Kissage 21 Jun 1794.

As I wrote before CR's book has James's 2nd wife as Cath Curlett, but the chart I've just located has 2nd wife Cath Crow d.1784 (will) - which is already on the board with no maiden name.

James C d.1779 (will) had only the four sons - no William.You think what is his cousin William C??
