by Oct 1797 his name is not included in the then new Lib Assed but replaced by John Kerruish for the 4s rent as all the land appears to have been mortgaged - he is in the previous lib Assed of 1768 as a replacement for part of John Christian's rent - the 1797 book covers up to 1858 and Kerruish's rent last went thro court in Apr 1816 but I havn't looked at lib assed for this year

Margt Looney als Hutchin's will states she d 1802 but as usual the Maughold burial reg gives addl info - it would imply her husb was already dead (as would wills/decrees for her son's John + Robt) but when ?
