Hello Averil.
The agreement which was signed by all parties in John Looney's 1769 will was confirmed in court after his death, including by his widow and her new husband William Creetch. She would not be able to change this and all the evidence of the later transactions shows that she did not.
William Creetch was a wealthy man and she had his assets to pass on.
I have no personal interest in the Looney family and I'm not going to continue arguing.
