Hello Averil,
I thought Margaret Creetch als Looney als Kelvy gave her share of Crow Creen to her youngest son and wife in exchange for them looking after her? Even if she disobeyed her first husband's instructions (to which she signed her agreement) about giving son John all of Gob ny Scoute he must have got at least part of it to have been able to pass it on to his own son in 1831? Presumably George Looney bought it at some later date after Rachel sold it.
