It is somewhat suprising that she would use name Crebbin - everyone would have known whose child she was - however by 1777 possibly the witnesses got it wrong as the first named dau Elizabeth was a c/o John Crebbin - ?was Elizth bapt as Isabel as two names somewhat interchangeable. John Doesn't mention Joney in his will 4 years later

Judging from date of last child Elinor was probably born c 1708 and looks possibly to be c/o Wm Harrison (Malew)
