very simple - the message is still in the submission box when you get the message - assuming you are on a windoze box just do control A then control C when focus (ie cursor) inside the submission box - that copies your message - open notepad + paste message into it (saves it) - the preview will check for spam words thus cut & paste sections to find 'bad' one - if you let me know which one should be innocent I'll fix it
