My lineage goes back through to Wlliam Gick and Jane (nee Moore) of Cordeman (Santon, and Malew area)
Their daughter Jane married a William Kelly who had a daughter Isabella who married Joseph Clarkson of Manchester England who had a daughter Jane who married Henry James Newton my grt.grt. grandfather

The William Gick referred to was born abt 1740 and died abt1837. He was a gentleman farmer
and I have a copy of his will
