CORONER’S SALE
TO be SOLD by PUBLIC AUCTION, by T. Myle-
chreest, Coroner of Garff Sheading, under a Decree
of the Hon. Court of Chancery, on Friday the 28th day of
September, 1849, – That old established and well known
INN, known as the Hibernia Hotel, in the parish of
Maughold , with the whole of the Appurtenances thereto be-
longing, together with those two detached Parcels of Land,
known by the name of “ Gobna-scout, “ and “ John Yack’s
Lands, “ formerly belonging to John (Rachael) Looney,
and late the property of Thos Kneale, deceased.
The above Property is conveniently situated about 2
Miles from Ramsey, on the Douglas Road, and the Coaches
&c., pass every day. It possesses many advantages, and is
well adepted for an Inn, having a Brew-house, Malt house
and plenty of water, and every convenience for the Brewing
Business. The Property is separated by the main road,
and on the low or East side thereof is a Cottage, with Out-
buildings, Garden, and about one acre and a half of excellent
Land.
The Property will be Sold in one or more Lots, as may be
considered most advisable, and for the benefit of all parties
concerned.
The Sale to commence at 12 o’clock Noon, when condi-
tions will be declared.
