To the Coroner of
Garff Sheading and
whom this may Concern
We the Setting Quest of KK Maughold in Abience to the Order __
granted on the Beforegoing Bill of Sale, having viewed the premises
therein mentioned, and we find by the Entries of Wm. Callow / Cornaugh
Dhew / Wm. Callow / Miller / Robt. Logan, Robt. Creer, Robt. Stole and
Charles Callow, we find that they stand respectivelt Entered for __
the whole of Driem Skarry’s Quarterland Rent Excepting __
four Shillings and it appearing by an Authentik Coppy
of the Great Enquest of Garff Sheading’s Return dated the 29th
Augt. 1772 Convened at the Suit of John Christian of Lewaige __
that a small parcel of Land called Faij Garry Voar of Faij
Garry Killey (mentioned in the said Bill of Sale) is part of
Driem Skarry’s Quarterland. We do therefore Settle on the __
Premises mentioned in the foresaid Bill of Sale the Said __
Remaining sum of four Shillings, which we look upon
to be reasonable although the Said Faij Garry Voar or Faij
Garry Killy was not reputed to be part of Driem Skarrys __
Quarterland at the former Settlements of Rent, and this we
give for our Return, as witness our Names & marks this
20th day of May 1775.

The before written Deed of Sale being acknowledged before the Deemster &
now openly published in Court & no Objection offered agt. it The same
therefore is allowed of for & in the name & behalf of Her Grace Charlotte
Duchess of Athol [Lad] of Mann & the Isles & confirmed by this Court.
