Sounds like it is hugely difficult and I imagine families in Ireland were larger too. I used to do Irish Dancing, so I remember how big all the families are!

I didn't even know my family lived in IoM, so it has been quite exciting the whole process. I find it all fascinating, I enjoy learning from you all too.

I love looking at all the old pictures too, which I was looking at today of Netherfield Road (hence how I found the other forum!). I think with being a photographer, I love most photos. Having restored some from my mothers side of the family, I certainly find them intriguing & great memory keepers.

I am already looking forward to visiting IoM with my camera!!
