I have also seen the other family with the Charlotte E present and wandered. But with a lack of birth certificate, I can't find anything on Theodore's birth, not sure if he was taken on by James and Charlotte (from someone Wood) due to the cicumstances.

I have also struggled with Charlotte Holroyds data and again come stuck with her early life!

All in all, I am not having much luck with my great grandfathers history, it is all getting rather confusing!
