looking at Sam Radcliffe + Margt Kelly - there is a large gap between most children and the last child - I wonder of Margt is actually the 80yr old (bur Malew 18460830 age 85) described as farmer in Malew St Castletown in 41 - would fit with my suggestion

not sure who owned the other half house tho - possibly one of Rev David Harrison's sisters ?
