Hello again Lynn, here is a better explanation of the Family History Centres.

If you have an FHC (Family History Centre) near you, the films of the Wills can be ordered in.
You don't need to be a church member – the Family History Centre is open to all.
The Librarians are very helpful and their services are free.
LDS films are available through your local Family History Centre, worldwide.
Look in the phone book under "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints" for their non-member opening hours.
They charge a small fee to order the film to be delivered to them and it is yours for a month (or more) to read and photocopy on their film readers. Or take a digital camera with you.
They ring you when it arrives so that you can book a film reader for a time which suits you, and will help load the film etc. if you are new to this.
