I don't know whether this rules her out as the mother of baby Marjorie, who gave her name as Eleanor Crowe in 1905. If she was plain Lily at birth, then known as Lily in 1891, 1901 and 1911, then it seems unlikely that she'd call herself Eleanor in 1905, unless she'd wanted to give a name for the official record which was false but not completely false.
Minnie Webster (nee Minnie Ellen Wilson m William Webster in 1900) died in 1961 age 83, so she was 27 when Eleanor Crowe stayed with her for the confinement. Do you think that a 27 yr old would have been able to judge Eleanor's age as circa 16 fairly reliably (as against a middle aged person judging the age of a young woman ?) If Eleanor had been 24, Minnie wouldn't have thought she was only 16, perhaps ?
Have you found Minnie Webster in Ancestry trees ? There's "Eric's Tree" which you get if you type in "Frances Wilhelmina Webster b 1900 Cheshire" ( Minnie's first child)---the 1901 census at Back Sea View is there. Then if you type in "Minnie Ellen Wilson b 1878 Lancashire" you get "Porten Family Tree". I know it's not relevant, but if you haven't already seen the 1901 census page, it's nice to see the place where your grandmother was born.
