Jean put the link to Ancestry.uk's scan of Sophia's marriage on the other thread, below. There is no "deceased" on the record, but it wasn't always included, especially in a different country where the parish priest didn't know the family. None of the 8 fathers shown on the scan of two pages had "deceased".
A correction to what was previously written about Sophia's father Robert Gill on the marriage entry is that he was given as being a Butcher (not a Farmer Butcher). The Farmer referred to Matthew Burton's father Matthew.
I think that what Jean wrote about the possible relationship to her witness Margaret Caley was interesting.
