Yes! Ann was the sister of my ancestor Alice who married Patrick Brew. They were two of the four children of John JOUGHIN 1716-1788 and his second wife Ann JOUGHIN 1731-1785 daughter of Charles JOUGHIN and Mary CLEATER.

The Andreas parish register has the four children of John JOUGHIN & Ann JOUGHIN as:
1. John 1755-1818 [marr. Joney KILLIP] uncle guardian to his sister Alice Brew's underage children in 1799. “John son of John Joughin and Ann Joughin bapt May ye 7th 1755”.

When Alice BREW als JOUGHIN died in 1799 the court "decreed her children namely Patrick, John, George, Ann and Elizabeth Brew Co-administrators of all and singular her Goods Chattels and Effects movable and immovable ~ whatever who being all under age John Joughin and Philip Fargher their uncles with Patrick Brew their Father are sworn their Guardians and Supervisors and the said Patrick Brew is also Sworn well and truly to administer the Estate of his Intestate in trust for the said Children underage... " etc.

4. Philip b.1770 marr. Christian Lace?
“Philip son of John & Anne Joughin (Ballabyragh) bapt 25th July 1770”.

Philip Fargher is mentioned in both Ann Joughin als Joughin's 1785 will, and John Joughin's 1788 will.
