Christian says - ' together with that parcel in Wm Looney's possession '.

How can Christian sell Williams Land - when there was an agreement - North Side Sales Maughold (45) Andrew Crebbin & Wm.Looney an Agreement.

Christian Crebin als Looney doth give and surrender, unto Wm. Looney the forth part of ye north Croft Called Bollelost.
