Does anyone have these charts scanned to a digital computer format showing their original form? Images of the charts scanned to JPG or PDF format would be great. If the charts are too large for scanning on a scanner, a photo using a camera taken in JPG format would be great too.

If these charts have already been copied to JPG or PDF format, are they posted to the web where we can access them?
