Thank you for the added information, and yes, it fits nicely into the Bwoallie Lohst family Tree.

I don’t think William Looney & Mary are from Bwoallie Lohst, it is the Land Records that would show this and I only have up to 1739/40.

Bwoallie Lohst would have descended down from.

John1698 – IOMFHS CD Burial, Looney, Jon 21 May 1728 [Will].
William1722 – receives Bwoallie Losht in his Fathers Will in 1728 – IOMFHS CD Looney, Wm 15 October 1742. [Will]
Christian1724 – receives Bwoallie Lohst in her Brothers Will in 1742.

William1748 – receives a forth part of Bwoallie Lohst.
North Side Sales Maughold (45) 1748 Andrew Crebbin & Wm.Looney an Agreement.
give and surrender, unto Wm. Looney the forth part of ye north Croft Called Bollelost.

Then the ‘ forth part of Bwoallie Lohst ‘ must have passed to Peter Looney.

The other ¾ of Bwoallie Lohst that Christian Crebbin als Looney received in her Marriage Contract.

Christian Looney – Marriage Contract 26th June 1747 says.
3rdly The abovesd. William Stole and Easter his wife Doth hereby _
Endow and settle upon the sd. young coople the sayd Easter Stole.
the Mothrs. part of the Estate Due to her after her decease.
to be then Imediately possessed by the sayd young coople _

This may have been given to someone in her Will in 1803.
