Averil, there is absolutely no evidence that Daniel Looney b.1745 and his brother John, sons of John Looney & Margaret Kelvie, were twins, as you have written several times and again now.
Logically, it seems highly unlikely that parents would have one twin baptised and not the other one.
You (or CR - did she write this, as you have inferred?) may have been confused by the other Looney twins who WERE baptised together.
