I am still learning how the Land Records work, I have tried below to show the William Garret (french).

MNB CD Marriages.
28 Aug 1739 GARRET William KELLY Margt. wg frangagh

IOMFHS CD Burials,
GARRET William ( Trangagh Moar ) 29 October 1745.

Wm Garrett french is noted for 8d in Alchest treen in 1740 lib assed with indication that a change went thru in May 1746;
consulting lib vas May 1746 Wm Carrett french drawn + Wm Carrett his son entered as right tenant.

the 1750 book shows Wm Carrett junr holding same rent.

12 Oct 1751 GARRET William Farghar Isabel.

IOMFHS CD Burials,
GARRET William ( Frangagh ) 11 August 1756.

(and now I can't work out the next two pieces, 1761 & 1764 ???)

the 1761 also shows Wm Carrett junr but with a change in Oct 1764;

Oct 1764 William Garrett junr drawn and Wm Garret his son entered (there is also intack 160 with same transfer 'entered as before'.

( is it anything to do with the death of Thomas Garret - IOMFHS CD - GARRET Thos ( Rangy ) from Kk Maughold 08 June 1763.)
