The only one b.1791 I can see on FamilySearch is Philip Teare
christening: 25 December 1791 Lezayre, Isle of Man
father: William Teare
mother: Jane Kneale

But FamilySearch (rightly or wrongly) also has his burial:
Name: Philip Teare
Event Type: Burial
Event Date: 27 Feb 1870
Event Place: Lezayre, Isle of Man.

Did anyone follow up your Philip Teare in the later censuses after 1851?
It is possible that a later census was more specific about his birthplace within the IoM, and year of birth.
