The first doc is SSS Oct 1778 58 - marriage contract for John - dated 18 May 1770;Thomas Corkill + wife Isable obo son Thomas;James Christian obo dau Hannah;to marry within a month;Corkill to settle half estate inc the Kiln, his right of the Creggans commonly called Murray's Creggans + a parcel of land in Arbory called Balla Garmin (Isable Crellin also settles her right in estate but reserves her right in Murray's Creggans;Christian to give £40 (half to be paid to Thos Corkill senr);Witt John Clague, Jno Bridson
The second: Castletown deeds Bride Hillary Term 1826 44 - dated 4 Sep 1810;Thomas Corkill(now residing near Mount Strange, Malew) + wife Hannah settle after death of longest liver, on eldest son + heir-at-law John Corkill(now residing Liverpool) the estate of Ballacree (Kk Bride) + the Creggains(Kk Malew) + Bwooilley-ne-Muck (Malew) bounded on [North] by lands belonging to Poor of Malew, on the south by George Quayle, on east by Eunice_Ann Christian + on west by highway inc edices, dwelling house etc - John to pay money due to Margret (w/o Wm Qualtrough, Kk Rushen) money due as marriage dowry;Witt Fredk Tellet, Margt Christian;Ack'd Jul 1826; 1838: Wm Qualtrough acks from John Corkill (ship carpenter, Liverpool) £100 + interest etc being part of marriage settlement dated 8 Feb 1819 upon the death of Wm Corkill + wife Hannah - the parents of my late wife

Finally all tidied up by will of John : Arch 1860 Malew #30: petn states next of kin John + Thos Corkill in Liverpool, widow Eleanor Corkill also dead;Will dated 21 Sep 1859;Mount Strange;names Thomas Lace senr + Thomas Lace junr (all my goods after decease of wife Eleanor) - they to sell property etc + give half to son John, other half to be laid out at interest + interest paid to son Thomas during his life + at his cease the proceeds to be paid to granddau Anne_Maria Corkill, my wife Eleanor to have all benefit of estate during her life;full details of sale etc inc property at Ballacree;July 1863: Thomas Corkil(son) d 7 Jun 1863 + Anne_Maria has married Thomas Tate(Liverpool)

Queries who is Hannah Christian - no bapt I could find (+ also no obv will for James) - presume Eleanor d in Liverpool + also Thomas sounds as though not 100% capable - not sure whose dau Ann_Maria is
