Just noticed your message relating to the details from Annie Duff nee Wilson’s 1928 marriage to Thomas Philip Collister. What a shame that Thomas’s occupation was just “deceased”.

I’ve had another thought relating to the mother of Ann Jane Christian Wilson b Dec 1903 (registered 1904). Having already speculated that she might have been Ann Jane Mylchreest/Wilson b 1885 Liverpool (illegitimate daughter of Jane Mylchreest b 1866, prior to Jane’s 1888 marriage to Thomas Wilson), I’m now wondering whether AJCW’s mother might have been widow Jane Wilson nee Mylchreest who was only 35 at the 1901 census so was still of childbearing age. Have you also wondered this ?
