Hi Gillian
Unfortunately the Manxbmd only shows one party, but I can't match either wedding , if you key in 1912 for just Catherine/Kate (No surname) you get one for Catherine Isabella Callow , but it does not match with the references for Thomas Philip. For 1928 and Ann , you get 20 results , but none match by either Wilson or Duff , and no match to the reference for Thomas Philip.
So tried to find who may be Ann's parents , tried Brian Lawsons census index 1901 and found only two possibilities , one aged 48 , with wife and 7 children including an Ann Jane aged 15 , so discounted this one.
The other Thomas Henry Wilson was 34 Ramsey , ref 5307 126 6 , wife Catherine 36 , Ada 2 , Frederick 7 months. Found marriage 24/12/1899 to Catherine Jane Kennish, found birth of Frederick 5/9/1900 , then found Ada as Kennish 6/1/1899 - before the marriage.
This family are possible.
Also found on 1901 census , in Douglas , ref 5303 114 42 , John Duff 53, John James 22, Robert 19 and Henry 17. Robert died in France in WW1 , his address was given as 22 Desesne Rd , Douglas , aged 35 , son of John Duff , 64 Allan Street, Douglas. Robert was in the Kings Liverpool Regiment.
If you want more details of the census , let me know and I can get them
