Yes, it could be Elizabeth Hogg d/o James - the dates fit well.

According to Jim Smith's transcript, Henry Kelly's 1777 will names his son William, his Grandaughter Ann Kelly of [Glen shain], his son Rob't's Four Children, his Grandaughter Marg't Kelly, his Grandson Will'm Kelly, and his son Henry who was Sole and whole Exec'r. (No sign of son John.)

It is possible that there were different attachments on different LDS filmings, and Frances might still have a photo of her one to double-check for the extra 3 grandchildren and their husbands.

Re. the Maughold records, those three bapts you noted are the same as Tom Corteen's transcripts (from the parish reg volume) except that William s/o Henry Kelly & Elizabeth was bapt 4 March 1732/33.
