Re. the siblings of ANNE KELLY als HOGG d.1721
As well as her sisters Margaret & Marriod she mentions her brother John Hogg and also her brother Thomas in her will. (Without a surname brother Thomas could be either Hogg or Kelly, although more likely to be Hogg? But no mention of him in their mother's decree.)

These siblings don't seem to fit with their father being James Hogg d.1720.
Full transcript of his will is at: lawsonsiom.freevar.com/wills/1720_052.html. As you wrote, it names his son Phillip Hogg, and daughter Elizabeth Hogg plus (unnamed) young granddaughters.

Anne Kelly als Hogg left her mother ten shillings "which she owed her". This could be why she didn't also mention her father if he was still alive?
