“Articles of Marriage Concluded and agreed upon by and between Nichs Kelly of Reaby in the Parish of Kk Lonon for and in behalf of his grand Son James Kelly Eldest Son of Wm Kelly & Elinor Kelly als Cannan lately Deceased on the one Part, & James Killey and his wife Joney Killey als Freer of Ballajean in the sd parish on behalf of their Eldest Daughter Margt Killey on the other Part.

First It is agreed upon by all Parties that the sd young Couple Jams Kelly & Margt Killey shall Enter in the Holy Estate of Matrimony within a Month time after Date hereof (God and Holy Church permitting the same.)

2dly It is agreed upon by the sd Nichs Kelly that he does hereby give, grant, Estate and Settle upon his sd Grandson James Kelly with this Margt Killey his Intended wife all his Right Title & Property that he has unto his Tenement of Reaby in the parish of Kk Lonan together with the Intacks unto the same belonging now in present possession and also the Granaane (Being a half Quarter) adjoining sd Reaby at or upon his Decease.

3dly It is agreed by the sd Jams Killey and Joney his wife that they do hereby Give Grant Estate & Settle upon their sd Daughter Margt Killey & her Intended husband Jams Kelly all their Right Title and Property that they have unto Their Tenemt of Ball-gean which they now hold & possess in the sd parish with the Intacks unto the same belonging and the appurtenances & appendages unto the same appertaining after the Decease of the longer liver of Either the sd Jams Killey or wife.

Lastly for the True and faithful performance hereof and every Condition in both Sides Contition’d therein they the before mentioned Parties have Mutually agreed thereto & bound and obliged themselves the one to the other each of them are concern’d therein as alos their Heirs Execrs Admirs, and Assigns in the Penalty & Forfeiture of Sixty Pounds to be Levied and Paid, according to Law, as witness whereof they have hereunto Set their Marks to their Names this
