Thank you, John!
Your identification of Eleanor as the daughter of James Killey and Margaret Waterson makes sense, and the pieces all seem to fall together. It is nice to have another generation for James Killey, who married Joney Freer. Two of the daughters of James Killey/Joney Freer married Skillicorns--Jane Killey married John Skillicorn, son of John Skillicorn and Margaret Kelly (whose marriage has not been found, but was probably about 1745-1748); Joney "Judy" Killey married Philip Skillicorn, son of Philip Skillicorn and Mary Garrett. The other daughter, Margaret Killey married James Kelly, son of Nicholas Kelly and Mary Harrison.
So I am very glad to have additional information about the parents and siblings of James Killey!
I don't quite follow your explanation about William Kelly. I had thought the William who married Eleanor Cannon died at Lonan, 1769 January 6, 1769. His will: Kk Lonan At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas Octor 23d 1769
William Kelly of the Parish of Kk Lonon departed this Life on or about the 6th day of January last Intestate
The Court upon Intelligence thereof has Decreed his three Children namely James Margret & Ellinor Kelly joint Adminrs of all his goods & Chattels moveable & immoveable whatsoever. James & Ellinor aforesd with Gilbt Kermod husband of Margt are sworn well & truly to administer the Goods of the Intestate, to pay all his just Debts as far as the Goods will extend & the Law shall bind & likewise to be just the one to the other in the division of the Assetts, and have given Pledges in form of Law namely John Fargher of Kk Lonon & John Cottier of Ramsey

In the 1752 will, I don't identify Margaret Skillicorn als KILLEY--why is she the daughter of William KELLY? And why is James KILLEY the brother of William KELLY?
I will have another look at your wills in the morning when I will perhaps follow your argument better. Thank you for your reply and the information.
