The Anne Joughin, bapt in Andreas on 7 March 1705/06 (1706 by today's calendar) was the daughter of John JOUGHIN & Bahee LACE. John Joughin "perished at sea coming from Scotland" August 1709. His four children were named as Charles, Nelly, Ann, and John. At KK Andrews March 27th 1722 "This day Charles, Nelly & Anne Joughin children of John Joughin do hereby acknowledge to have recd
all the Goods that are due unto them by their fathers Death...". The decrees/wills for this family are on Brian Lawson's wills list.

I had nothing further for Ann, so she could have married away from Andreas, but having a first child in Dec.1736 when aged over 30 would have been unusual for those days. Philip Allen might know whether your Ann was from his Bride/Maughold family, but if not she would be a possibility to be the Andreas one. I'll ask him.
