Thanks, Donna.
In the scan of the 1871 census John Cain 30 is a gardener b.Jurby, Jane 28 and Margt A (5, scholar) are b.Lezayre, Eliza Jane (3, scholar) b.Andreas, and John Henry 10 months b.Braddan (corrected from Andreas - crossed out) - his full name is given.
Margaret Ann is oddly in the IGI as bapt 1866 daur of John Redpath & Jane Cain (surnames wrong way around).
At their 1865 marriage Jane's age is 18 & John 24. Jane 10 years older in 6 years to 1871. So added 4 years TO her age for the census.
Assume 1846 bapt Lezayre.
Then all had died by 1884 except possibly Jane and John Henry, although I can't find them - perhaps died as well and no-one left to bury them in the same plot as the others?
I also can't find Eliza Jane Cain in 1881 although she is in the Braddan burial index for 1884.
A Jane CAIN married WILLIAM SAVAGE 14 MAR 1874 Saint Thomas, Douglas, Isle Of Man [IGI] but I can't find them in 1881 either!
