Hi Mary,
It should be very interesting to Reg to know that you have his relatives on your Foxdale Corlett tree (I hope he is still visiting the BB!). Love the diamonds story.
This was the MI he posted:

/ who died January 5th 1898 / aged 73 years / also / WILLIAM CHRISTIAN /

also DAISY died August 20th / 1892 aged 4 years / also WILLIE died July 24th
1894 / aged 15 years / children of the above /
What did you think about Cecil Christian b.1895 who was recorded as son of Margaret in the 1901 census? Did Eveline or anyone else ever mention him?

In 1911 the only Cecil C I found was aged 16, Working On Farm b.Foxdale.
The problem is that there was another Cecil Christian (David Radcliffe's interest on this thread): Cecil Arnold Christian born 7 Feb 1895 Malew whose mother died July 1895, and father in May 1895, son of CHRISTIAN, William Joseph & CORRIN, Susanna [from BL's index]. David thinks that when his parents died Cecil Arnold could have been taken in by Margaret because she would still have been breastfeeding when Cecil's mother died (2 years, 8 months after Ruby was born? - seemed unlikely to me). There were other small children in the family as well, and I can't see a relationship between them and William & Margaret.
I think Reg said somewhere that his relative was Cecil Evan, but I'll have to try and find that on this unwieldy thread.
