Please see my answer to David which I've just posted about the Cecil Christian in your first message, and who was discussed on this thread. That Cecil was not the same person as the Cecil Arnold Christian who David referred to who was born the same year (son of William Joseph CHRISTIAN & Susanna CORRIN).

I couldn't find him in the 1901 or 1911 censuses.

He appears to be the Cecil A CHRISTIAN b.1895 who travelled in 1913 from London to Australia (Sydney). Is this the person you are looking for?
