For the benefit of the other users of the forum: Cecil Arnold Christian was born Feb 1895. His mother died july 1895. His father, in May 1895.

He was the youngest (obviously) child and was presumably taken in by a female relative. His eldest brother Wesley Lowey Christian stayed on the Island and married a Quirk. His brother Frank Reuben Christian went to the USA in 1902 aged 11 or 12 (according to records held by a descendant living in the US).
