I think you can forget about the Cecil A Christian in Australian records. I found one Cecil recorded in Aust. WW1 records as Cecil Aubrey Christian b.NSW, with father Henry Christian.

I don't know who the Cecil A CHRISTIAN was who sailed to Sydney from London in 1913 - possibly David's one.
