Yes. I applied for that cert in 2006. The William mentioned is william Stanley age 23 ship brokers clerk. The woman is lilian age 21 dau. of Joseph. William Stanley was son of William Swan Teer. My William was a joiner.

Elizabeth Ann ( Lillian) died 1920 and is buried with William d. 1932, in Manchester. 1911 census states they were married and only had 4 children. Pity the last one was the only one to have children.
