That makes more sense - I think you will find both wills are together under 1799 episcopal - Brian had mistranscribed John and it is indexed as James - thus the 1st will in the pair is John's but obviously took some time for probate and Ester died in that period - she had made no new will thus they went back to a joint will - either way neither will has an Henry - only son is John.

In looking at Arbory and assuming that henry is the legitimate son of a John then we are back to margt moore - this John might well be s/o John Taubman + Isabel Cubon - Isabel I think is d/o Thomas Cubbon as john moves into a Colby property previously owned by thomas Cubon and John jnr of that couple is indicated as Ballacredgeen (I looked at those years in Arbory Reg).
