Apart from the law (and I notice you have a strong copyright statement on your own website) is it fair to casually pass on the work of volunteers who gave hours of their own time to support the family history society, and to benefit their members? At least check that someone is a member before supplying information which was restricted to members.
To supply single transcripts is one thing, but to scan and send a whole section - the reason why most people would buy the publication for their own name of interest - is another.
