here I am butting in again. I don't know if it's the same over there, or even in those days, but here (England) the current electoral roll you can see in the local library just lists everyone living at an address on a certain date who is entitled to vote in the next elections, I suppose being old enough. Reading that back I'm not sure it helps, but you never know.
