There were indeed a handwritten and a printed copy of the indent for the Mary III [5], one is a transcript of the other although I have taken the handwritten or original from which to base my research.
Below is an extract from the full Indent that I made at the Victorian Genealogy Society.

At the time of Sarah’s transportation the Governor of the Isle of Man [Lieutenant Colonel Ready] had received permission for the three children to accompany saran There was no apparent confusion and the three children had been approved to travel with her as per a letter from Viscount Melbourne 18/11/1833.
I think that there is little doubt that Mary Ann, Sarah and probably James accompanied their mother. Whether Sarah had had more than the five children may be debated however we do know the names of four of them, all of whom arrived in Australia in 1835.
