I overlooked another child of Charles and Sarah, Charles born in 1861. He appears with the family on the 1871 Census I've no idea what happened to him.

The 1851 Census has a niece called Susannah with Charles & Elizabeth. She was the daughter of John and Catherine baptised in 1837 so John looks like another son of Michael & Sarah:-
