Hello Sam.
I have found another Document of Ann Kneale you might like to get.
NSS LEZAYRE May 1841 29 Ann Kneale to Cath Black.
On the 1871 Census Ann Kneale is 85 = born 1786.
On the Burials Ann Kneale is 92 = born 1786.
Starting at the year 1785 we have.
Ann Kneale christening: 3 December 1785 Andreas father: John Kneale mother: Cath Crellin.
In her Father’s Will – John Kneale d. 1802 Andreas.
Item He Left and Bequeathd to his daugher Ann Kneale the sum of Fifteen pounds in cash as Legacy with a spining wheel, coverliad or Quilt Blanked & sheet.
(this is my Family, John L. and my 7x Gt. Grandparents).
Hard to say whether Fifteen pounds would have been enough to Buy Land in 1819.
Next we have.
Ann Kneale christening: 8 July 1786 Andreas father: Edmd Kneale mother: Margt Kaneen.
Ann Kneale christening: 10 July 1786 Andreas father: Columb Kneale mother: Cath Rogers.
You now have to eliminate each of the Ann's baptised in 1786.
There is a Will for.
KNEALE, Columbus 1800 Andreas Episcopal number 1.
There is also another Ann Kneale baptised in 1790.
Ann Kneale christening: 26 September 1790 Andreas father: Wm Kneale mother: Cath Radcliffe.
WILL 1824.
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Catharine Kneale alias Radcliffe wife of William Kneale Junior of Regaby Veg.
Item.
She left and bequeathed unto her daughter Ann Kneale one hundred pounds British to be paid her when she attained the age of twenty one years. Also a chest of drawers and a feather bed and bed clothing as legacy.
This Ann Kneale would be age 21 in 1811.
A hundred pounds would be enough to buy the Land in 1819.
You have some work to do in eliminating the other Ann Kneal's, start with the NSS and Ann Kneale's WILL (these are your family Documents).
NSS LEZAYRE May 1841 29 Ann Kneale to Cath Black.
KNEALE, Ann 1878 Lezayre Episcopal number 189.
KNEALE, Columbus 1800 Andreas Episcopal number 1.
(I will have another look for a Will for Edmomd Kneale).
