The Thomas (Thos) Corlett who married Ann(e) Cretney in 1802 at Lezayre, was noted by the 1861 census enumerator to be " the oldest man in my district."
He was aged 92 and was in Lezayre which borders Archdeacon Close which is in Andreas.
He was entered as aged 94?, and was a widower, at burial on 07th July 1861 at Lezayre.
His wife Ann(e) had been buried on 21st Dec. 1828 at Lezayre.
This couple had at least six known, not five children!
Their fifth child Catherine Corlett had married William Quayle.
