Thank you - I am now more confused than ever. I am actually only interested in the Black family - John Black who married a CATHERINE - I thought this was Catherine Corlett? Did John Black marry someone else? Maybe a catherine Kneale?

Some how I need to tie it back to an Anne Kneale (mother in law) as I have the will where she leaves Archdeacon Close to John and Catherine Black.

Have I totally pursued the wrong family?
