Hi Lisa,
That is why you need to look at a copy or the film of the marriage of John STEPHENSON & Jane GELL on 31 JUL 1863 in Braddan, to find both fathers' names and occupations, as I described in my previous message. Unless you take the steps back each generation one at a time, getting all possible verification before moving on, you cannot be certain that you have the right family members.
Regarding finding offspring, again you try one generation at a time. You can look at Brian Lawson's marriage index for their possible marriages, and at his burials for their deaths. www.iomfhs.im/lawsons/LawsonBMD/burials/sx_stevenson.html?Submit=+Stevenson+
Burials:
STEPHENSON, Emily aged 22 Jurby buried 25 May 1890
STEPHENSON, Minnie aged 8 Jurby buried 3 Apr 1887
STEPHENSON, Lily 85y 6m Jurby 20 Aug 1889 [this looks like a typo because your Lily b.18 Jan 1881 would have been 8 years & 7 months old on that date, and although months were often given for young children it is most unusual for an elderly person].
Nellie was buried in Jurby aged 19 yrs on 7 January 1894. You can buy the CD of Jurby burials from the FHS to find others, or go to a Family History Centre as previously suggested, and order the film of the Jurby parish register which is always more accurate than depending on transcripts.
You seem to have access to Ancestry to check for them in recent censuses, but don't ever use only their index which is full of errors – always look at the scan of the actual record.
This is the household transcript of the 1891 census from Findmypast, except that I have changed their “STEPHENS” to “STEPHENSON” after looking at the scan. It is quite clearly Stephenson.
The last census where John & Jane were alive, both having died in 1898.

This gives you Jane's father, b.Douglas c.1808. Probably JANE GALE Christening: 13 DEC 1835 Saint Mathews, Douglas, Isle Of Man, Father: ROBT GALE, Mother: ELLENOR CANNELL.
Apologies to Frances if she has already given you most of this information (slow computer doesn't mix with long threads!).
Of Harry’s siblings, to trace descendants you are left with John J. (John Joseph STEPHENSON) bapt 13 Feb.1870 Saint Mathews, Douglas, Isle Of Man (aged 11 in the 1881 census), Ruth b.c. 1877 Ramsey, Emily J granddaughter b.c.1887, and possibly Lily if the age on the burials was correct and she was a different Lily.
Emily Jane Stephenson is in Brian’s Births index as the daughter of Emily Stephenson, no father given (i.e.illegitimate) born on 11 Oct 1886 registered Douglas.
There is a John STEPHENSON marriage in 1899 [D LP 18] to GALE, Elizabeth Jane which could possibly be John Joseph’s – or he could have emigrated. Have you checked US censuses for these children of John & Jane Gell?
