When Christ Church , Laxey was built on the Electric Railway Station [MER] it was in the village & not several miles away up hill. I suspect some people began going to church more

often & hence the Chaplain caught up with a lot of older children & adults who were unbaptised. A number of families have baptisms of several children all on the same day. He did put
