Brian seemed to merge different variations differntly depending on births death's or marriages. I always forgot to look for Cowley under Cowle.
I think it makes sense to have Cowle & Cowell merged, but I will bow to the majority opinion if everyone wants Cowley merged or seperate, I will rationalise it across the site as I work through.
