I have stated many times on our tree on this message board, I came to this board by accident, surfing the net years ago as I have stated many times on this board, I had OUR CAINE line, was looking to research the CORLETT side, and therefore that is why I came to the board; but upon coming on the board many who were helpers wanted information on my Caine side, I was reprimanded for NOT SHARING, and was told by private e-mails by several helpers, I shall leave nameless, that I did not know how the board worked. I was to give data about my line then I was to allow data to move to another area, of some other persons' web site, which I vehemently disagreed, for many take the data that many have worked years for and use it for their WEB SITES, which are break off WEB SITES of this board, where I have been now to several. I feel I have gave ALL to the board and it was refuted, but it was always used by the board, which that is fne if used properly, I have only been constantly questioned and refuted with putting our ADAM CAINE genealogy on the board. We had our data for years and years, and we have documentation to back it up, the reason the research began by famiily members on the Isle of Man was because of the BIBLE which has now been found, we were looking for ancestry family on the Isle. JOHN WILBY CAINE DID ALLOT TO HELP WITH OUR TREE AS HE DID HELP MANY AND DID HIS OWN LINE WHEN RETIRING AND LIVED AT THE MUSEUM HELPING OTHERS WHICH WE RESPECT HIS WORK AND SHALLLEAVE WHAT HE ADDED TO OUR LINE. I have been questioned constantly about our line,which as stated, I have not seen the such like with other postees. Private E-mails from DONNA that even a seasoned lawyer, which I WORK LEGAL would not even dare to dig so deep and so harshly, so before you place judement upon me, perhaps you may need to read these e-mails I have received for years, that we were NOT MANX, we were NOT off the Isle, WHERE, WHAT, WHEN , WHO, DATA, as if I was some prisoner of war, WHICH WAS NOT NEEDFUL, I have been truthful and gave our years of work to the board, only to be refuted over and over again, which I feel has been unfair to me, for I have been on this board since 2006, as I said by accident, and I learned to share and share I did, BUT I DON'T THINK ANOTHER PERSON HAS THE RIGHT TO PUT THAT DATA ON ANOTHER WEB SITE WITHOUT PERMISSION, we must be careful how we use data on people who are kind enough to share it, perhaps the posting of a month back was clearer than I thought, of those who use genealogy data for purposes other than helping those to find their loved ones. I tried to be fair and balanced, and gracious, It was very ironic I had been out of town and came just to look at the board as I do time to time, and post if I can help, and there was MACK CAIN's postings, which I do NOT KNOW MACK, but FRANK ,I HAVE KNOWN NOW FOR MANY YEARS. So it was destiny and GOD sent that somone IN THE CAINE LINE WHOM I DO NOT KNOW out of the sky blue, came up with the posting of the finding of the family BIBLE, I HAD ONLY CORRESPONDENCE WITH ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER AND WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO E-MAIL ME WHEN THEY HAD FOUNDTHE FAMILY BIBLE and that was in MARCH, so it meant to be by some providence that this came about, and I look forward from hearing from MACK CAIN, WHICH FRANK TROWBRIDGE DOES KNOW AND HAS CORRESPONDED with him much. So what are the odds that this would happen, very low, so it was GOD SENT, his posting of the BIBLE being found, and it vindicated all along what I posted, which now we are justified. I am sorry that it is still being questioned to send the page of the BIBLE which I stated when the BIBLE was found , IF THE FAMILY SO DESIRES to send the data it would be sent, but as stated in my e-mail to FRANCES whom I DO RESPECT HIGHLY, shall I send the BIBLE ACROSS THE POND TO PROVE our MANX blood, which as stated WHY SHOULD our family be questioned in the first place, we have our documents proving PATRICK came to AMERICA, WE HAVE DOTTED OUR I'S AND CROSSED OUR T'S, we have done our work for years. As my husband stated it does not have to made where anyone accepts it on the board, we have our data and worked hard to get it, Donna as STATED AS REFUTED and her e-mails to me have been as a drill sargent on my line which I disrepect her nature of getting data off this board and has her own web site, and yes she helps many, I do not deny that, and SHIRLEY HOGENSON, not sure of her spelling has done an excellent job of retrieving data of wills, I give honor to whom honor is due and I shall honor MS. HOGENSON, but I do not respect the way data is retrieved off this board by Ms. Douglass . You take a small bite of an apple to get and then the whole apple is devoured and trust of lovely people that give is gobbled up. Postees ask for help and when they do get that help, it seems the continual asking of give me your line, I DON'T HAVE THAT line alludes to taking the whole apple of innocent postees who are naive to the how the data shall be used. I gave my line to help others, and I was told I did not know how to use this board, well my dears I do now, I have most kind and shared and shared and now wonder where my data has been retrieved to and for what use. Donna has quite a WEB SITE, which I daresay contributing postees have been so kind to give her. So the information age can work both ways, for good and not good, I shall for one be more discrete to give any more data out, I do wish as stated for the reason I came to this board was to find the CORLETT side, but I have talked personally by phone on the Isle to CORLETT'S and I shall pursue through documents of theirs when I arrive, and then it shall have to be byboard posting to find our CORLETT SIDE, which has been denied of ANNE being married to ADAM CAINE, So many of the PARISH RECORDS are incomplete and data that WILL NEVER BE KNOWN, because it is not there, but we have gotten through the years from this side of the pond and from that side of the pond correlates and we shall leave it and those who cannot accept it, that shall be their problem, not ours, and as stated I respect MS.COAKLEY and her works, she is brilliant, and I have her new CD, which she sent and I have already looked at it, and the difference in a professional, is that they know not all data has been retrieved and will NOT ever be retrieved, but by collateral findings you can find your line guite well on a the trail of the genealogy tree. So as always, I have respected, MS. COAKLEY, and still do, but again to question the year of the BIBLE and the entry of whom and what type of data makes only for more SHOW ME, I DON'T BELIEVE YOU attitude, which is not needful, the entry is there, it was put by a CHRISTIAN family member and old family members, as old as in their late 80's and 90's have had the family verbal history passed down to them that we came off the Isle of MAN, so I shall NOT disrepect their TRUTHS, and I am old and old school and SOUTHERN and I shall not and wlll not have them grilled as prisoners of war, so that is why I shall make sure MACK CAIN knows all by personal e-mails what I have been through and make him to be CAREFUL, especially with DONNA DOUGLASS stating COULD YOU GIVE ME THAT LINE , I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ON THAT LINE, WHICH IS HOW SHE GETS HER DATA, AND SHALL HIM AWARE OF THIS WAY OF GETTING DATA, WHICH AS STATED AND DONNA WELL KNOWS THIS THAT OUR LINE HAS BEEN PUT HERE AND OTHER GENEALOGY WEB SITES, we HAVE given name, rank, serial number and that is enough. I am saddened to hear the post will be taken off, but I am not not saddened for we , the ADAM CAINE family have much rejoicing that the BIBLE that was lost is now found, and the TRUTH set us free by a post of MACK CAIN, that I do not even know, so GOD sent this angel, to vindicate our family. I have no more to discuss on this subject, and hope the board in the future shall never treat another postee as I have been treated. That they are gracious enough to admit when they are wrong and move on.
