Mrs Rosa, I think you have been confused by the list of websites given on Manx Notebook which includes a very old one for Donna Douglass.

Under "Webpages" at: www.isle-of-man.com/manxnotebook/publshrs/ is written:
"Donna Douglas's site offers many Manx Family History Links", with a link which I don't think has worked for many years. Donna will correct me if I am wrong.

In recent years she has put her CAIN[E] information on this message board whenever asked about a particular person, and certainly makes the research available to everyone.
She also constantly supplies will transcripts, assisted by Shirley C Hogensen, which are of enormous ongoing value to all researchers.
